Katia was originally born in the Dominican Republic, but she moved to New York with her family at the age of nine in 1989. Ever since, she's had stints as a student, a security guard, and finally, an electrician.
But most importantly, she's been a writer since the age of 15. Her stories range from the romantic to the horror, to science fiction and her dream is to some day be published, and people will some day read her work.
